ABOUT THE ROLE:

At Trax Retail, we are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Sourcing Specialist. **  This is an entry level position and it is not related to HR . 

SALARY RANGE: 
  • Starting salary: $950 Monthly
RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Efficiently manage a high volume of recruitment tasks, even under tight deadlines and pressure. 
  • Build strong interpersonal relationships and rapport with candidates and team members. 
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure project and client requests are met. 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Interview and screen potential candidates for full-time and part-time roles. 
  • Interview and screen potential representatives/merchandisers for stores retailers' visits
  • Explain work opportunities and answer representatives/merchandisers questions.
  • Ensure a positive representatives/merchandisers' experience throughout the recruitment process
  • Explain work opportunities and answer candidates' questions. 
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. 
  • Collaborate with your Team Lead and other recruiters to meet staffing needs. 
  • Maximize earned revenue against project contracts. 
  • Execute tasks essential for achieving assignment success. 
  • Identify and match service partners with clients, resolving roadblocks when they arise. 
  • Gather client feedback to improve our services and work cross-functionally to prioritize improvements. 
  • Set appointments for prospective merchandisers in specific stores to complete projects. 
REQUIREMENTS: 
  • 1+ years of experience in customer service or recruiting, visual screening, sourcing
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with set deadlines in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong oral and written English proficiency, with excellent communication skills. 
  • Inclusive collaborator who thrives in an inclusive company culture. 
  • Quick thinker who can work with minimal supervision. 
  • Proactive, responsive, multitasking and detail oriented.
  • Critical thinking and problem solving.
  • Experience in retail projects is a plus.  
  • Demonstrates emotional intelligence and empathy. 
  • Tech-savvy, with strong typing skills and Microsoft Office knowledge. 
** A flexible schedule and availability for overtime is required.
