ABOUT THE ROLE:
At Trax Retail, we are seeking a dynamic and versatile professional to join our team as a Sourcing Specialist. SALARY RANGE:
- Starting salary: $950 Monthly
- Efficiently manage a high volume of recruitment tasks, even under tight deadlines and pressure.
- Build strong interpersonal relationships and rapport with candidates and team members.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure project and client requests are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Interview and screen potential candidates for full-time and part-time roles.
- Interview and screen potential representatives/merchandisers for stores retailers' visits
- Explain work opportunities and answer representatives/merchandisers questions.
- Ensure a positive representatives/merchandisers' experience throughout the recruitment process
- Explain work opportunities and answer candidates' questions.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with your Team Lead and other recruiters to meet staffing needs.
- Maximize earned revenue against project contracts.
- Execute tasks essential for achieving assignment success.
- Identify and match service partners with clients, resolving roadblocks when they arise.
- Gather client feedback to improve our services and work cross-functionally to prioritize improvements.
- Set appointments for prospective merchandisers in specific stores to complete projects.
- 1+ years of experience in customer service or recruiting, visual screening, sourcing.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with set deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong oral and written English proficiency, with excellent communication skills.

- Quick thinker who can work with minimal supervision.
- Proactive, responsive, multitasking and detail oriented.
- Critical thinking and problem solving.
- Experience in retail projects is a plus.
- Demonstrates emotional intelligence and empathy.
- Tech-savvy, with strong typing skills and Microsoft Office knowledge.
