Summary of the role
The Data Analyst will play a key role within the Revenue Operations function, helping transform data from multiple business systems into clear, reliable, and actionable reporting and insights. This role will work closely with Revenue Operations and business stakeholders to develop and maintain dashboards, reporting, and analysis that support better business decisions across Sales, Finance, and Operations.
The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with data, understands business needs, and can translate analytical findings into practical recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain Power BI data models, dashboards, and reports for Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and leadership.
Use Power Query in Excel and Power BI to clean, transform, and prepare data.
Write SQL queries and work with Snowflake and other business data sources.
Analyze bookings, billings, shipments, open orders, pipeline, forecasting, and sales performance.
Investigate data discrepancies, variances, and trends to identify root causes.
Support weekly and monthly forecasting and reporting processes.
Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
Maintain data quality and help standardize reporting definitions and processes.
Identify opportunities to improve and automate recurring reporting.
Support ad hoc analysis and Revenue Operations projects.
Translate complex data and analytical findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications and Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Finance, or a related field.
Strong Power BI skills, including data modeling, DAX, data visualization, and report development.
Strong Excel and Power Query skills.
Proficiency in SQL.
Experience with Snowflake or a similar data warehouse.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify data discrepancies and trends.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Power Automate or similar automation tools.
Familiarity with HubSpot and/or Salesforce.
Experience with Revenue Operations or Sales Analytics.
Experience with Tableau or other business intelligence and data visualization platforms.
Experience reconciling or unifying data across multiple systems with inconsistent formats.
