ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Project Manager within Trax’s Engagement division, you will help bring to life innovative, data-driven shopper engagement programs powered by Shopkick. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects within defined scope, timeline, and budget, acting as the central point of coordination between internal teams, stakeholders, and customers to ensure project objectives are clearly defined and achieved.

In this role, you will drive alignment across functions, monitor progress, manage risks, and maintain high communication standards throughout the project lifecycle. You will also play a key role in balancing resources, managing expectations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality results in a structured and efficient manner, ultimately helping brands and retailers create meaningful, measurable connections with consumers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify and mitigate risks or roadblocks.
  • Manage changes in project scope and schedule.
  • Report on project status, timelines, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior management.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and both stakeholder and customer expectations.
  • Foster effective communication across all project participants and departments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and techniques.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Experience working with project management tools (e.g., Monday, Jira, Trello, MS Project).
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
