JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Sales and Revenue Operations team. In this position, you will be primarily responsible for the ongoing maintenance and continual improvement of Trax’s sales, marketing, and revenue reporting. You will also work to identify opportunities to improve data quality through system/process enhancements, including changes to user processes in our systems of record, such as our Salesforce CRM.

In this role, you will have visibility across all levels of the revenue organization, with a clear path for advancement with a demonstrated ability to excel. Additionally, this role requires comfort with ambiguity, the ability to generate your own lines of inquiry/hypotheses, and the capacity to synthesize the results of those data inquiries into actionable recommendations for the business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Required Qualifications
  • Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis
  • Advanced proficiency with Power BI for data visualization/reporting, with a focus on effective data storytelling to a non-technical sales/marketing audience
  • Experience consolidating data from multiple/disparate systems into single, consistent datasets

Preferred Skills
  • Prior experience with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
  • Prior experience in revenue operations, analyzing marketing and sales pipeline data and KPIs.
