KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Responsible for maintaining updated databases (SKU's and POSM masters) across CBC markets.
  • In-depth knowledge and tools needed by both parties to solve business questions.
  • Provide collection feedback reports to different organizational levels (user feedback).
  • Conduct regular data audits and quality checks to ensure accuracy by detecting anomalies.
  • Analyze and interpret trade marketing data to provide insights on market performance, promotions, and in-store execution trends.
  • Work with the trade marketing team to track key metrics.
  • Create AdHoc reports on market conditions and competitor analysis to support commercial strategies.
  • Capture user feedback and claims, and canalize them to responsible areas.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in data analysis, ideally within trade marketing or CPG’s
Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas, pivot tables, macros, and data
  • visualization.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and marketing metrics.
Soft Skills:
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting data insights to non-technical teams.
  • Ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams and adapt to fast-paced environments.
